What do we offer at Mat&Trening

  • Personal/Dual Training

    Individual or dual personal training with a trainer of 45/60min, based on your goals.

  • Group Training

    Different level group trainings during the week to keep you strong and fit.

  • Personalized group training

    Do you have group of friends or colleagues to train together? You can create your own group training!

  • Kangoo Jumps

    Fun cardio activity with entertaining music and choreography, while using special Kangoo Jumps shoes.

  • Nutrition Services

    Body analysis test, body measures and individual meal plan based on your daily routines, eating habbits, and goals you want to achieve.

    Monday 10:00, Tuesday 10:00 & 1700, Wednesday 17:00, Thursday 10:00 & 17:00.

How the first trial session works?

Step 1 - Get to know you

Our primary focus is to understand your goals, your training experience, and the things you want to achieve. Step 2 - Training session

This session serves as an opportunity for us to assess how your body works and identify any areas that need attention. Our highly experienced trainers will guide you through a variety of exercises and movements, ensuring that you are comfortable and challenged in a safe environment.

Step 3 - Evaluation and offer

We will discuss our observations and provide you with a personalized offer. This offer will be tailored to your goals and requirements, outlining the potential training plans and packages that suit you best. We pride ourselves on offering flexible options that cater to your schedule and budget, because we believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone.
