Our Sandnes training studio is big, bright, and made for flexible training. Here, you can train on your own, join Group Training, get Personal Training, Nutrition Consultations, or follow in individual Training Program that fits your goals.

What makes Sandnes special? A trainer is always around during set hours to help out if you need advice or guidance. Plus, with high ceilings, a beautiful view of the fjord, and free parking, it’s a great place to focus on yourself and enjoy your workouts.
