How Sauna Booking Works

  • All bookings are private — the sauna is reserved only for your group

  • In most cases, the sauna is ready for you on arrival. Occasionally, you may be asked to arrive up to 40 minutes earlier to start the sauna — you’ll always receive an SMS with simple instructions if needed

  • If you don’t receive any message, simply arrive at your booked time

  • If you have the last session of the day, you’ll receive instructions for closing the sauna

Important: Please read and follow the sauna rules at the end of this page and inside the sauna.

Sauna guidelines & safety rules

Please read before your visit. By booking and using the sauna, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these rules.

Important basics (please read)

  • Use fresh water only on the stove

  • Sauna is used at your own risk

  • Do not use the sauna if intoxicated

  • Always follow instructions sent by SMS

  • Respect your booking time and other guests

    • Only fresh water may be poured on the stones above the stove. Sea or salt water damages the stones and the heater. Incorrect use may lead to liability for damages.

    • Pour only small amounts of water at a time.

    • If you wish to use essential oils, mix a few drops into fresh water firstnever pour oils directly onto the stones.

    • Do not overfire the stove. Use a maximum of 4 logs at once (half-full chamber). Overfiring creates fire hazards and makes it impossible to regulate the heat.

    • Do not touch the stove, stones, or any metal parts – they are extremely hot.t goes here

    • If you are the first guest of the day, please arrive 40 minutes early to heat up the sauna before your booking (free of charge) - you will receive sms if you need to do that.

    • Before you leave, place 1–2 logs in the stove to help keep the sauna warm for the next guests.

    • The sauna must be used with swimwear only.

    • Always use a towel on the bench when sitting or lying down.

    • Take a quick shower or rinse off before entering.

    • Bring a bottle of water and an extra towel for after your session.

    • Keep the sauna tidy and take all personal belongings and trash with you when leaving.

    • Respect other guests – stay within your booked time.

    • There should always be at least two people in the sauna – this is especially important when children are present.

    • Adults must always supervise and keep an eye on children inside the sauna.

    • If a child feels dizzy, sleepy, or has a rapid heartbeat, leave the sauna immediately.

    • Children often tolerate less heat than adults, so monitor them carefully and limit time if needed.

    • Make sure children drink plenty of water before, during, and after the sauna session.

    • Use of the sauna and bathing is at your own risk.

    • Always have at least two people in the sauna – never go alone.

    • Leave the sauna immediately if you feel dizzy, nauseous, faint, or experience heart palpitations.
